A criminal conviction shouldn’t be a life sentence to 2nd class status. The time to amplify our voices and speak out is now. The time to end perpetual punishment is now.

We all need access to jobs, housing, and education in order to live safely and securely, but people with convictions are are repeatedly blocked from these life essentials.

Join us for the September 28th Clean Slate Town Hall at 6pm!

Hear from Women, Queer, and Trans Folx on what Clean Slate is and why it matters for all New Yorkers. There are 2.3 million New Yorkers whose lives will be automatically improved by the passage of the Clean Slate Act. Entire families and communities suffer this perpetual punishment. We are here to break these cycles! Clean Slate can and will help us accomplish this!
